In connection with the effective reorganisation in the sphere of the liquidation of insurance events, which came into effect on 1 April 2008, a fundamental change has taken place to the mutual communication of your healthcare facilities and our insurance company.
From the date specified onwards all documents (relating to the insurance offered by Pojišťovna VZP, a.s.) must be submitted for payment of the treatment provided to you (bills, invoices, diskettes, reports, etc.) and all other correspondence sent exclusively to the following address:
