• The insurance contract is entered for an indefinite period with a flexible insurance period of 3, 6 or 12 months
• A 3 month waiting period applies with the exception of injury, where no waiting period is applied
• The waiting period is 8 months for hospitalization due to pregnancy and birth
• When entering the insurance, you will provide information about insured individuals (name, surname, personal ID no., address), health insurance company code, daily compensation amount, duration of selected insurance period and payment method and you will also fill in a short medical questionnaire (available for download here).
