This has opened up the chance for foreigners to get vaccinated against COVID-19 in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-payers can register at the ministry\u2019s website:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/registrace.mzcr.cz\/samoplatci\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/registrace.mzcr.cz\/samoplatci<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can find other questions and answers about vaccination for self-payers at the website:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/covid.gov.cz\/situace\/registrace-na-ockovani\/postup-registrace-rezervace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/covid.gov.cz\/situace\/registrace-na-ockovani\/postup-registrace-rezervace<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/covid.gov.cz\/en\/situations\/register-vaccination\/registration-and-reservation-process\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/covid.gov.cz\/en\/situations\/register-vaccination\/registration-and-reservation-process<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event you have problems with registration, you can contact the COVID line 1221.<\/p>\n<p>Self-payers will pay the costs of vaccination against COVID-19 at the relevant vaccination centre.<br \/>\nThe maximum price of one dose is CZK 810.<\/p>\n<p>Poji\u0161\u0165ovna VZP, a.s. will fully reimburse its clients who have concluded Foreigners\u2019 Comprehensive Medical Insurance \u2013 Plus and Exclusive for vaccinations against COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Poji\u0161\u0165ovna VZP, a.s., will pay the costs of vaccination based on a request.<\/p>\n<p><u>A refund request should be supported by the following documents:<\/u><br \/>\nDocument on payment<br \/>\nOther documents, e.g. card with name and date of application of a dose of the vaccine<\/p>\n<p><u>A refund can be requested in the following ways:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online reports by foreigners at the website:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pu.pvzp.cz\/\">https:\/\/pu.pvzp.cz<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Send the completed first page of a Notification of Insurance Event form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pvzp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OSU-ZPC-10.pdf\">https:\/\/www.pvzp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OSU-ZPC-10.pdf<\/a>) by e-mail together with the requested documents.<\/li>\n<li>Hand over at any branch of Poji\u0161\u0165ovna VZP, a.s., the completed first page of the Notification of Insurance Event form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pvzp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OSU-ZPC-10.pdf\">https:\/\/www.pvzp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OSU-ZPC-10.pdf<\/a>) together with the requested documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Poji\u0161\u0165ovna VZP, a.s., as the number one on the market in foreigners\u2019 medical insurance, and its subsidiary VZP \u010cR are standing with its clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can contact us on:<br \/>\nTel.: 233 006 311<br \/>\nE-mail: info@pvzp.cz<br \/>\nWebsite: www.pvzp.cz<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prague (13.5.2021)<\/p>\n<p>Based on a statement of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on the vaccination of foreigners, we would like to inform you that,\u00a0<strong>in the next few weeks, the vaccination reservation system will also be made opened up to foreigners<\/strong>\u00a0who are residing in the Czech Republic on the basis of a long-term residence permit, who have a temporary residence in the Czech Republic,\u00a0 or who have a temporary residence in the Czech Republic (in the event of EU citizens).<\/p>\n<p>These persons will be recorded in the system of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic as private payers and they will be sent by the reservation system to several vaccination points that have concluded a contract with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>In principle, the vaccination points to which these private payers will be sent vaccinate only with Pfizer \/ BioNTech Comirnaty vaccines. A binding list of vaccination points will be established this week or the next.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poji\u0161\u0165ovna VZP, a.s.<\/strong>, will reimburse clients for the vaccinations cost incurred by those of its clients who have taken out any comprehensive foreigners\u2019 insurance, i.e.<strong>\u00a0Foreigners\u2019 Comprehensive Medical Insurance\u00a0 Plus\u00a0<\/strong>or<strong>\u00a0Foreigners\u2019 Comprehensive Medical Insurance Exclusive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The exact cost of vaccination is not known at this time.
