No. B 9100, issues<\/p>\n<p><strong>Declaration of non-application of underinsurance from civil property insurance (insurance of buildings and other structures and insurance of permanently and recreationally occupied households).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Validity from 1 October 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the unpredictable situation on the real estate market and the development of prices in the construction industry, VZP, a.s. Insurance Company <strong>will not<\/strong>, in the event of so-called &#8220;underinsurance&#8221; (i.e. if at the time of the insured event the sum insured stipulated in the insurance contract is lower than the insured value of the insured property), <strong>reduce the insurance benefit<\/strong> in the same proportion as the amount of the sum insured to the actual amount of the insured value of the insured property, for any insured event occurring at the time of the validity of this Declaration (i.e. for the period of its publication on the website of Poji\u0161t&#8217;ovna VZP, a.s.), <strong>regardless of the date of the insurance contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I.e. the non-application of underinsurance applies to all valid insurance contracts governed by the General Insurance Conditions VPP_MOB_2013, VPP_MOB_2014, VPP MOB 1\/15, VPP MAJOB 1\/20.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poji\u0161t&#8217;ovna VZP, a. s., with registered office at Lazarsk\u00e1 1718\/3, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, ID No. 27116913, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no.
