How to proceed in dealing with damages
In the event of a damage event, contact the AXA Assistance service and follow its instructions. The assistance service is available nonstop. Report the damage event to the insurance company, preferably online, and provide all necessary documents.
We will investigate the damage event based on the submitted documentation and inform you of the result.

- policy number
- identification data of the insured person
- if the incident was investigated by the police, fire brigade or other authority, give its address or reference number
- attach any supporting documents proving the occurrence of the event e.g. invoices for medical care provided
- bank connection
